This week Watercooler Wednesday Challenge is

This week Heidi Weaver is bringing a fun Tic-Tac-Toe challenge.  Those who love techniques will find one or two that could be included.  This is like the tic-tac-toe game:  you can pick three boxes in a row, going horizontally, vertically or diagonally.  Your choices are what you will use in creating your card.

For my card this week, I chose the first vertical line - with Birthday, Emboss Resist and Any shade of  Blue.
I used Whisper White for the background and matted it on Bashful Blue card stock, and used Versa Mark and clear embossing powder and the stamps from the Choose Happiness stamp set.  Bashful Blue and Wild Wasabi stamp pads were used. The die cut from Memory Box is Happy Birthday Garland.  The sentiment on the inside is from the Birthday Blossoms stamp set.

 Here is my card:

Thanks for looking.

  1. What a beautiful card, Betty! I love the emboss resist using those two colours. Used that way, the flowers from the Choose Happiness set almost resemble fireworks, adding to the birthday celebration. As always, you've made the inside of your card reflect the outside. Very nice! Thanks so much for joining our Watercooler Wednesday Challenge this week.
