WWC51

This week the Watercooler Wednesday Challenge is a  CAS (clean and simple) challenge with Bev challenging us to include a star or stars in a clean and simple project.
What is clean and simple?  According to the challenges which host only CAS (clean and simple), this is what one aims to do:  CAS (acronym for "clean and simple":  A design of card with clean lines, minimal elements, areas of white space and few or no embellishments, most often single layered or minimal layers.

Here is my card for this week's challenge:

and the inside:

I hoped to show a shooting star as the concept and used the following:

Stamping Ink:
Night of Navy
Summer Starfruit

Stamp Sets:
Work of Art
Festival of trees (for the star)
Sky is the Limit (for the sentiment)

Also used Versamark and clear embossing powder

Thanks for looking.

  1. Hi Betty, way to keep it clean and simple! Love that shooting star effect you've managed combining the Work of Art image with the star from the Festival of Trees. Your additional star on the inside with the Sky is the Limit sentiment finishes it up beautifully. Thanks so much for joining us for our Watercooler Wednesday Challenge this week.
